"Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would."

"It was great to have a sea view . On the whole the staff were really kind and helpful .Friday 18th Sept 2026 , had to ask for my pot of tea at breakfast , and felt invisible at the same breakfast session as wasn’t fussed over the way that some of the guests were , this did not apply to the maitre D who was charming at the same session ."

"Parking fine staff great better set out breakfast clean rooms Only draw back this time was other guests thinking they could smoke weed out side your room from 10.30pm till 01.30 am every ten minutes laughing loud and talking loud and then throwing up loudly all morning but that’s not the fault of the hotel . But will book the main building not the annex next time"

"enjoyed our stay with grandson, staff very helpful and pleasant,rooms very clean and tidy everything you want tea coffee ect replenished every day, lovely breakfast with good choice, would certainly stay again."

"Very welcoming on arrival. The room was lovely and very clean. Had a lot of extras. Very nice little touches. Very comfortable bed. Lovely sea view. Breakfast was outstanding. We had the salmon bagel and breakfast bagel. Continental was also good. Coffee was a decent. Will be back. Well worth the money."

"Worked out well for our one night visit! Very walkable area to everything in town. Really nice bar downstairs. Room was good size and quiet. Would come back here again. Free parking was a big plus."
