A beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing food. I am gluten intolerant and it was very well catered for. The staff were hard working, very friendly and will definitely be booking again.
Friendly staff, very easy to reach the place, parking on site. Amazing service overall.

Lovely, clean hotel with parking
Good choice for breakfast, cooked breakfast, fresh and hot
Nice restaurant. We had 3 courses and really enjoyed all the food we had
Pleasant and helpful staff
Well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and pillows
Great hotel, excellent location on sea front and a walk from everything. The real shine on this is the private car park for guests!
The room was huge, well equipped and we were wowed on how big and luxurious it was. We loved our stay and will definitely return.
Room 102 may need an aircon check as we could only get the temperature down to 19!
Thanks so much 👌
2nd time visiting this hotel.
As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with warm friendly staff from reception, waitresses and cleaning.
The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and smells gorgeous. Forgot to ask what air fresheners they use.
We stayed in room 108. Room was spacious, and bathroom amazing. We had a round bath which was huge and walk in shower. The views from room are amazing.
We never had breakfast but did have dinner one night and food was gorgeous, definitely eat there again.
Bonus about this hotel is they have own car park unlike the rest of the hotels on the front.
Will definitely be back soon.
Excellent hotel, delightful rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff and a great location. Have stayed here before and will be going again. Thoroughly recommend Cae Mor.
The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable. We could hear the ocean waves at night, which was a relaxing way to fall asleep. The staff were thoughtful and friendly. Easy 10 min walk from the train station.
Lovely hotel with the bonus of parking and right next to Venue Cymru. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful

As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible
in spite of a step to the bathroom.
The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!!
My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door
- didn’t understand that but glad that I was able to get into my room at that stage!,
Such a convenient location for the shops and also the Theatre and restaurants. We did eat in the restaurant which was so pleasant and the staff are very helpful. They do Gluten free too, which was great for me the food overall is amazing. There is air con and a fridge which work very well.
This is a gem of a place. I travel to Llandudno a lot and I always try and stay here. Staff are extremely friendly. Lovely rooms. Clean and tidy. Food is fantastic. And a great location. I cannot fault it.
This hotel was beautifully refurbished on a clean modern style. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room as lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic one night stay
Classic room was compact but modern, clean, and super comfortable.
All the staff were friendly and the breakfast one of the best I’ve had for a long time
Stunning rooms, but let down by unprofessional and inconsistent service.
I recently stayed at this hotel , sea view suite in £180 per night, and while the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are genuinely lovely, the breakfast experience was a significant disappointment.
As someone who has stayed in over 800 hotels globally, I understand the importance of local service etiquette. However, the service here was far below what is expected for a property at this price point (approx. £180/night).
During breakfast, I was essentially ignored for over 10 minutes, despite being seated by a staff member. While I waited patiently, I witnessed a pair of local guests who arrived later being served immediately with menus and drinks. When I finally flagged the issue, I was told the kitchen was closing, yet the staff continued to serve the later arrivals.
For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a consistent standard of service for every guest, regardless of background. The constant disappearing act of the staff into the female waitress on 19 May 2026 morning and the lack of basic offerings like tea or coffee made me feel invisible. ( I asked at 9:45 but the female waitress refused to provide any hot coffee to me but to the late arrival British couple , waitress served coffee)
It is unfortunate that such a beautiful property is undermined by a team that appears either inadequately trained or indifferent.
