"We have stayed at the property a couple of times now and it has been clean & welcoming each time, we would recommend this property to anyone staying in Llandudno, it is very close to the town and beach. "

"Perfect location close to pier, prom, restaurants etc. Spotlessly clean with modern living room and kitchen. Two good shower rooms and comfy king sized beds. A big bonus is that the patio gets afternoon and evening sun. "

"Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "The apartment is in an excelllent location within close walking distance of the beach, pier, Great Orm and lots of restaurants, cafés and pubs. The quality of the apartment was very high. It is newly decorated and all fixtures and fittings are new. It has everything you need in terms of appliances and equipment. Owners were excellent, looked after us very well and even left a lovely welcome tray. I would recommend this apartment."
