Good, but.

Excellent overnight stop but sleep spoilt by two women screaming abuse at each other late into the night in room next door. Food was excellent and service staff friendly and helpful. See pic of beef, very good.

Lovely hotel

The hotel is very characterful with friendly and helpful staff. Situated in an ideal location to explore the Pembrokeshire coastline or racing at Ffos las. Room had good cupboard / drawer space and was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.

The public areas in the hotel were clearly well looked after, however car park was not up to scratch. I stayed in room 11, no aircon, mattress has seen better days, linen ok. Bathroom - not so good, let down by black mold around the bath and the shower curtain was too long and let water down the wall. Water too hot. Bathroom needs some serious attention. Not the best value for money I’ve stayed in, for the price I would expect the breakfast, which was good, to be included. Overall a six out of ten.

Couples get away

Lovely hotel a little dated in areas but refurbed areas really well done. Food absolutely delicious and service really good, friendly and efficient. On the downside lift was out or order and spa was not open. But would definitely stay again.

Good location

Nice hotel good friendly staff. Hotel rooms and corridors are looking tied value for money was very good and would stay again. Food was ok and a reasonable choice for dinner and breakfast.

An amazing experience.

Our stay was really comfortable very happy with all the staff the food was delicious our room was so beautiful the spa is great really good service off all the staff I can't express how happy I am with my stay I will become back to stay very soon and often from now on great escape from home strongly recommend.

Big, clean and comfortable room overlooking lots of trees. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but you could have dinner at the bar. The spa was also closed, they did let us know when booking with a reminder a week or two before arrival, so it wasn’t a surprise when we got there.

The best part about the hotel was the staff, they were amazing, really friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for your clothes. The bed was comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was good. All of the food we ate was delicious and well presented. There was plenty of parking available during our stay. We would have liked another vegetarian option for dinner as we stayed three nights and ate both of the two options. We would have eaten in the hotel on the third night but didn’t want the same food again.

Lovely hotel

It was very clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was better than expected a very quiet hotel no traffic noise (brilliant). Only thing I didn't like was the mattress was too soft for me, but the wife liked it. All in all 10 out of 10

Stay well clear

We were very disappointed the hotel advertises as and spa hotel which I purposely booked as I was running a marathon and wanted to use the spa facilities after the run, we weren't told till we arrived that the spa has been closed over 2 years yet they still advertise as a spa. Also they sent me an email an hour before we arrived to say lift was out of order because the intercom in it wasn't working it was a pure disaster as we were on the top floor and after running 26miles we had to use stairs. Their food menu is very minimum not great at all and is the same every day. Some of the staff were lovely others quite rude. I would recommend people to stsy well clear if this hotel 😡😡😡

the staff were great changing our room from the 3rd floor to 1st floor due to a broken down lift. This was repaired the following day. The restaurant was excellent with adapting the menu to gluten free. No electric vehicle chargers but 2 convenient chargers a short walk away by the rugby club.
