"Really nice room. Cosy bar and restaurant. The Four out of five for the staff because they sat around us chatting whilst we were having breakfast. It felt a little like we were in the way of their conversation. Dined here on two evenings and one breakfast. Very good meals apart from a massively overpriced “cauliflower steak” - ordered out of curiosity but I should have asked first. It was just a roasted head of cauliflower… and not that big a one, either, but the price didn’t reflect this! Very noisy at closing time and in the street outside. "

"This is not a pet friendly hotel. Lovely hotel and staff. Spa facilities are excellent and more work is in progress. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. We certainly will return."
