"I booked thinking I would be staying in the Black Boy inn with all its old world charm, but no I was told to go to the top of the road turn right and my room will be in a blue building on the left, I told the receptionist that I was expecting a room in the Black Boy Inn not a random remotely run ie no staff hotel round the corner, she replied we have several properties in the area but the Inn is full.
