"Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. "TLDR: For the price you are getting incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a stunning breakfast, and clean rooms. The showers are the only thing that fit the price, every other aspect of the stay was of a much higher quality than you would expect at this pricepoint. We had a marvellous stay and would absolutely come back again. The rooms were very clean, the linen smelled freshly washed and the beds were comfortable (we do prefer a firm bed firm pillows combination for context). The breakfast was incredibly good, even more so when you consider it comes free with the stay. The bathrooms were very clean, and there are enough that there was no issue with being held up by other guests. The only issue we had is that they showers, though again very clean, are a little run down and could probably be updated, but there has obviously been a lot of work done by the owners to make sure that they are fully servicable in the meantime. Truly no issue especially when you consider just how cheap the stay is, its a great way to see the area on a budget."

Would like to thank Lucy for our efficient check-in, as room wasn't ready she had my phone number and informed me when my room was ready as we wanted to explore the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a beautiful hot breakfast in the morning."

"I stayed 4 nights to go to the Welsh National Eisteddfod. The room was comfortable and the breakfsst good. They provided vegan sausages and oat milk with no problem. On site parking was free. Staff were very pleasant. There was no other meal service than breakfast and only a limited bar service (which I didn’t use) but there is a pub very nearby that serves meals and also a few other eating places."
