"I've not stayed here before and was satisfied overall. It is a pub so a little noisy when in the hotel room as it stays open until 12. However, given it is a pub this is to be expected and not really a criticism. (I booked it knowing it was a pub so my own fault!) Facilities in the room were good - excellent shower and bathroom; tea and coffee-making equipment. Breakfast was good, pricing seems similar to other hotels in the city. "Really comfortable room, staff at the bar were lovely although we never needed any Healy and were quite self sufficient. Rooms were newly decorated and the beds were great! Couple of issues, the shower head in the Brunel room was leaky (not to the point of it being a major issue) and we think there could do with being a curtain in the small bathroom window for privacy and to help keep it dark. The cold tap in the Clifton room wasn’t working. Overall the stay was great though. One word of...

"The only small problem o had was that the lid on the toilet didn't stay up as the flush was put in a poor position.Also my cold tap didn't work.but these are minor problems.very comfortable foot very good beer very good,and Staff were very helpful and pleasant."
