"Das Haus war okay. Die Zufahrtsstrassen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe (holperig). Die Lage war allerdings ziemlich abgelegen. Fahrzeug ist also unbedingt nötig.Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden!"

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"Es una casa en el pueblo de Oliva, bastante espaciosa y cómoda. Está a 10 minutos en coche de diferentes playas muy buenas. La casa es algo calurosa y hay insectos. Pero tiene una terraza maravillosa con unas vistas a la iglesia del casco antiguo preciosas."

"Der Gastgeber war 100 % für die Belange da trotz Kommunikationshürden, da er nur spanisch spricht, trotz Sonderwunsch zur Reinigung des Hauses wegen Allergie hat Alles großartig geklappt. Sehr nett und zuverlässig! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Lage direkt hinter der Düne ermöglichte es, mal eben vom Strand ins Haus zu gehen, um beispielsweise etwas zu trinken o.ä. zu holen oder vor dem Frühstück einen Strandwalk zu machen. "The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. "This apartment is well positioned in a small resort town with predominantly Spanish holiday makers. The resort is well served by local shops restaurants and bars. The beach is a bay of golden sand, prefect for kids. The apartment was clean and relatively comfortable. The kitchen is equipped to a basic level. I was disappointed there was no form of "Welcome pack" of essentials, Water, coffee, milk sugar, salt and pepper. I would book this accommodation again."
