Check-in:

· The minimum age to book and check-in is 25 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal government-issued ID (ID card or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival and departure:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)

· Late check-in option with a safety deposit box in the office free of charge.



· No-show on check-in day, no refund of the reservation.



· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning:

. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, the owners of the same must be careful to pick up the feces and clean up the urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.



Beach towels are not provided.



Keys:

· Loss of keys to the property: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the lock of the main door and needing to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to the locksmith's rate, will be charged on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.



· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.



· Pets are allowed.



· Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.
