    THE DAY OF THE ARRIVAL AND THE DAY OF THE DEPARTURE MUST BE ON SATURDAY.
    Beautiful house located in one of the best and quietest areas of Lloret de Mar. Spectacular view of the sea and the Mediterranean forest.

    House of two plants. On the top floor four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three rooms have a small balcony overlooking the sea. One of the bedrooms is a suite with private bathroom.

    On the ground floor of the house we find a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace and modern style kitchen and a toilet. On this same floor outside is the pool and a pergola with barbecue.

    You can park without problem on the street next to the house.

    MANDATORY FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
    -Tourist tax (MANDATORY PAYMENT): €2 per person per day for people over 16 years of age. This must be paid directly to the owner on the day of arrival.
    OPTIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Lovely Villa

Best vacation ever!

After traveling throughout Portugal and Spain for many weeks. The stay at this home was to be our grand finale. And it was. From the moment the gate was opened to our final day, we never tired of this breathtaking view. Our hosts were most attentive to our needs and so very welcoming. But, should you choose to ever leave, there is so much to see and experience in this area. We highly recommend this home for your vacation and guarantee it will be one of your best stays ever.

Just Perfect stay

It should not surprise you that both Olga & Xavier are excellent hosts. We stayed 3 weeks and they give good information about things to do and left all kind brochures and maps in our own language. The house and swimmingpool are amazing. The views are beautifull. Thank you Olga & Xavier. ho family

Amazing villa with stunning views

My family and I absolutely loved this stunning villa and had a great holiday. The highlight of this property is the magnificent view and the pool area is perfect for lounging and cooling off on sunny days. The villa's modern design provides a comfortable stay and Olga and Xavier were great hosts giving amazing recommendations and always being available if anything was needed. The picturesque surroundings offer a serene escape from the city bustle, while still being conveniently close to Barcelona. Tossa de Mar was a great local town to visit with lots of restaurants. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway or a base for exploring the region, this villa’s combination of location and amenities makes it a top choice. We look forward to returning in the future.

Sparkling Infinity Pool with a Gorgeous Sea View!

My family and I spent a week here in June of 2025. The house was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of storage for our stuff. We spent most of our time in the pool, which as a few people have noted, has been slightly upgraded since the photos were taken. Now there is a lower deck and the black railing has been removed from the front (glass railings were added to the lower deck, so it's still safe for kids but it offers a better view.) The pool itself is not huge but it was big enough for the 4 of us and it is well maintained. The water was the perfect temperature the whole time! I also really enjoyed lounging on the sundeck and eating meals under the pergola. There is a charming balcony spot right off the living room that was perfect for reading a book in the afternoon, when the sun is on the other side of the house. We paid a little extra to have the air conditioning on at night, which was worth it to me (but there are also powerful fans, if you prefer). We also really enjoyed exploring the beaches and surrounding area. We especially loved Tossa de Mar. Canyelles Beach is absolutely gorgeous, but the parking can be a bit tricky, so I'd recommend going early or later in the day. The beaches at Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar are also great and have more parking options. The hosts were so friendly and thoughtful. Olga answered all of my questions promptly, which made our trip very easy. Overall we were very happy with the house!

Excellent villa, located a couple of miles from Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes drive to nearby Tossa de Mar which is more traditional with cobbled streets and a wonderful castle and some great restaurants. Villa is in a quiet residential area, modern and very clean, kitchen is well equipped, with all that you will need. Bathrooms are modern with walk-in showers. Linen and towels are provided. Washing machine available too. Outdoor area is lovely, excellent sea views and fantastic infinity pool. Ample sun loungers and covered terrace/seating area for the warmer days complete with BBQ and cooking utensils. There are binoculars available to use which was a lovely added touch. Villa is fully enclosed ideal for children and small dogs, there are steps into the villa and also down to the little children’s play area which is fully fenced. Street parking outside the villa is fine, it is on a quiet residential street. The beach at Cala Canyelles is great and we would definitely recommend a visit, it is walkable but a steep walk back!! A variety of watersports are available, a couple of restaurants and a fantastic beach bar called Kikkers which we highly recommend for food and drink and reasonable too. Car required. Olga and her husband are excellent hosts, we were met on arrival, they are extremely friendly and helpful to ensure you have a great stay. Thank you to you both for a wonderful stay

Fantastic house with incredible views

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances inoubliable fin août dans cette magnifique villa idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Lloret de Mar (environ 3 kms du centre et 10 km de Tossa de Mar). La maison est propre, spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et pensée pour le confort d’un séjour en famille. Le cadre est exceptionnel : calme, reposant, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. La piscine à débordement est tout simplement superbe et permet de profiter pleinement du panorama.Un grand merci aux propriétaires, adorables, ultra disponibles et toujours de bon conseil. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur réactivité ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés : un véritable petit coin de paradis pour des vacances réussies !

Ein sehr tolles Haus das von den Besitzern mit Liebe gepflegt wird und auch allen Ansprüchen genügt. Zudem ist Olga immer ansprechbar und sofort da wenn Hilfe benötigt wird. Un séjour sympa en famille

Tout d'abord, un grand merci aux propriétaires Olga et son mari Javier pour leur disponibilité, leurs sourires et la façon dont ils ont communiqué avec nous. On dirait qu'on les connaissait depuis longtemps. Ce sont des hôtes adorables avec une telle gentillesse !.La maison est agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne ainsi que sur la mer, dans un coin calme et merveilleux à notre avis.Il y avait de tout, cuisine équipée, assez d'espace et un terrasse bien aménagé avec une piscine et en plus des jumelles pour pouvoir voir un peu mieux les cratères de la lune si vous en avez l'occasion.On a passé un bon moment, merci à vous deux ;-).

Einfach perfekt!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus und waren wieder begeistert. Olga und Xavier sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Baby da und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Pool und der Blick aufs Meer von jedem Zimmer aus sind einfach traumhaft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und direkt beim Aufwachen hat man einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt wurde noch einmal ins Haus investiert. So gibt es nun einen Infinitypool, eine modernere Terrasse und ein Fernglas, mit dem man das Meer und den Strand beobachten kann. Es ist daher noch besser als auf den Fotos :) Wir kommen ganz sicher noch ein drittes Mal, vielen Dank Olga und Xavier für diesen tollen Uraub!
