- Cosy 42m2 apartment located in Lloret de Mar (Fenals), about 700m from the beach and 400m from the centre, very close to shops, restaurants and businesses. This apartment is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity for 4 people.
It is part of a quiet urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool, as well as parking.
Interior area with living-dining room (TV, sofa bed (110 x 190cm) with direct access to a spacious 25 m2 terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm) and 1 complete bathroom with shower.
