"Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Perfectly located for a fews day break. Staff were great and nothing too much trouble at all. Sacha at the pool bar was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service."

"We had a brilliant stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, it’s spotlessly clean, comfortable, and all the staff are wonderful! The prices are all really reasonable. The pool is a lovely area and it’s a great location to be able to watch the sunset. We also hired bikes which made for a great day out. All round loved it and couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you! "Hotel Condesa is such a welcoming place. The stagf really make this place. So friendly and always go the extra mile for you. The place is also kept spotless. The obly small disappontment is that there was no aircon in the room."
