"Gave us a non smoking room by accident then tried making us pay a cleaning fee cause of their accident. Both rooms showers didn't work first room the tv didn't work and had no hot water from tap in tub or sink. Second room shower head didn't work and outside the back door were a bunch of squished eggs with dead birds in them and smelt like chlorine whole time both nights we were in it . Staff was alright and breakfast food could have been cooked a little longer "

"Variety of breakfast choices. Fruit was looking a bit tired. Place is needing some updates but overall the staff makes up for it. Has security and cameras. Street noise is a bit loud. Expect what you pay for it"

"The staff member up front was not friendly, I had asked about a late check in and she was very rude and not friendly about her response. I feel that customer service is lacking and it would have made the stay more enjoyable if I at least had a smile or warm re"

"Rooms where clean, but not as fancy as the photos looked. Beds cave in quiet a bit, would be worth upgrading some. But overall it was a good stay. "
