Standard but wouldn’t come back.

Very basic resort in the middle of nowhere. As long as you’re not expecting more than the 2 star accommodation you will be fine. We didn’t get on with the food all week so we ate out a lot. Quality and choice of food for us was poor however I will say the fruit and salad were very good. No beef main for a whole week, only fish and pork all week. Entertainment was really bad however the music which starts at 4pm by the pool was good. Lovely staff but wouldn’t come back because of the food. Do not come here if you have any mobility issues or bad knees as it’s very hilly and everything is long distance as it’s a massive resort you have to cross the street to get to main restaurant and reception. They also don’t have any cups or glasses at any of the bars so you have to rent a small plastic cup for €1 which you carry around with you all day for drinks.

Es hat mir eigentlich nichts gefallen. Aber für den günstigen Preis ist es OK. Das Hotel ist was den Speisesaal und die sehr einfachen Zimmer anbelangt sehr herunter gekommen. Der Poolbereich und Abends geöffnet Bar ist OK. Beim Frühstück gab es manchmal nicht einmal Spiegeleier verschweigen ein Omelett. Beim Abendessen gab es gefühlt immer das selbe. Das ganze Hotel ist auf Engländer ausgelegt. Lieber etwas mehr Geld investieren und ein anderes Hotel suchen. Einmal und nie wieder. Gruß Klaus

L’endroit est globalement sympa ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, la nourriture est plutôt variée, plusieurs piscines, et pleins d’activités possibles. Les points négatifs que j’ai notés : - la promiscuité entre les bungalows. Entendre mon voisin de chambre ronfler comme s’il était à côté de moi, c’est pas top. - établissement un peu vieillissant. - peu de respects de la part de certains vacanciers (musique sur leurs enceintes, consommation excessive d’alcool…). Un rappel sur la vie en commun aurait été bien vu auprès de certaines personnes.

Todella mielenkintoinen paikka. Osittain vanha ja ränsistynyt mutta ei se meitä haitannut. Nukuin todella hyvin huoneessa. Ohjelmasta olisiv voinut enemmän informoida, ei oikein tiennyt mistään mitään. Ruoka oli paljon ja aina löytyi syötävää, iso plussa tuoreesta kalasta ja meloneista. Mutta näköala ja auringonlasku olivat todella kauniit.

El complejo está muy bien, completo de actividades, buenas piscinas. Habitaciones justas, no nos tocó tv en la nuestra, baño anticuado. Bares en cada piscina, la bebida marca blanca, cócteles no esperes mucho. Comida calidad media-baja. Poca variedad. Nos tocó Justo un campeonato de un cole con 300 adolescentes dando vueltas. Asegúrate de que no te toquen. Atención al cliente poca, será casualidad pero estaban con poca simpatía.

Horrible, no lo recomiendo!!

Es el peor hotel k e ido nunca, sucio, descuidado es horrible, entiendo k es un 2 estrella pero la limpieza no se debería descuidar, no es la primera vez k voy a un 2 estrella y como éste ninguno, los trabajadores del comedor súper maleducados se encaran con los clientes..retiran las bandejas de la comida media hora antes de k cierren, a las 20:30 empizan a recoger osea a las 9 no hay nada. Por no hablar de la comida. No lo recomiendo para nada, más vale gastarse algo más y pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Der Ausblick war Top! Der Rest ein Flop!

Die Anlage ist allgemein gross, leider sehr veraltet. Sie ist renovierungsbedürftig. Würde man da etwas Geld und liebe rein stecken. Wäre diese Anlage Top. Leider war die Rutsche ausser Betrieb. Die Anlage hat keinen Strand Zugang da drumherum nur Felsen sind. Man hat aber 3 Pools zur Auswahl. Viele Freizeitangebote für Kinder. Um die Anlage ist soweit nichts. Man muss schon Taxi oder Bus zur nächsten Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeit nehmen. Der Bus kostet 4,50 € pro Person. Ein Taxi kostet nach S'Arenal 26€. Wir hatten ein Studio (Zimmer) was sehr veraltet war. Die Putzfrau kam erst nach 3 Tagen das erste mal zum putzen. Die Poolbars machen erst ab 10 uhr auf. Man muss sich ein Becher für 1 € kaufen um die All inklusive Getränke zu bekommen. Diesen Becker muss man immer mitnehmen. Allgemein für die paar Tage war die Anlage okay. Für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet. Der Ausblick war das beste.

En la recepción cuando lleguemos una cola incleible de las 12 asta las 14:30 esperando no lleguemos a comer porque ya no avía nada lleno de jitanos no dejaban comida acuerdo los burros en las piscinas teníamos 2 niños pequeños q no se podían bañar bien por que estaban acuerdo los burros al lado de ellos escupiendo dentro del agua la llave de la avitacion nos la dieron tarde la TV no funcionaba la comida un poco mala es la segunda vez que venimos este año asido pésimo

Kon wat beter op vlak van afwerking, het eten vonden wij persoonlijk niet variabel en vooral ook niet zo heel lekker! Cocktails waren wel bijzonder top. Animatie zoals tennisveld, zwembad,.. waren wel tip top in orde! Kamer was wel in orde zeker een pluspunt van airco voorziening. Enkel minpunt aan de kamer was de douche, het water stond namelijk over de volledige woning.

Un espacio muy agradable, rodeado de árboles, con mucha sombra para soportar el calor. Unas vistas hermosas. La habitación cómoda, con aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente. La comida mediocre. Las bebidas (alcohólicas) muy malas y los cafés de máquinas expendedoras que también dejaban bastante que desear. Lo peor es que todas las bebidas te las sirven en vasitos de plástico, por lo que la gente va dejándolos tirados por ahí, cosa que me parece fatal ya que no favorece al medio ambiente. Deberían dar vasos reutilizables o biodegradables. El personal muy amable. El hecho de que haya 3 piscinas favorece a que no estén llenas de gente y encuentres tumbonas libres.

Es una pena que con el sitio privilegiado que tiene no haya una mejora en las instaciones, descuidado, sin aire acondicionado en el comedor con las temperaturas que hace. En estos momentos tan complicados con el Covid las medidas de distanciamiento no han existido en ningún sitio ( comedor, piscina, bares). Mucho tendría que cambiar para repetir.

Příjemný hotel na velice klidném místě.

Cena odpovídá službám. U každého ze tří větších bazénů je také bar. Lidí bylo z důvodu koronaviru málo. Tak celý pobyt byl moc příjemný. Pouze je to zde hodně do kopce a z kopce. Hotel je na odlehlém místě, tak doporučuji pouze s autem. I když místní autobus je nedaleko. V místě jeden obchod.
