"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

"Booked through Expedia to turn up at the hotel to find out my room had been “cancelled” although I’d had confirmation from Expedia to say it hasn’t. Had to then re book the room through the hotel direct for a more expensive price. Sounds like a bit of a con. Hotel is a 3 star so don’t expect the world, basics. Worst part about the hotel were the staff and the shower pressure was almost nonexistent. Great if you want extreme basics in a hotel somewhere to sleep and that’s it. Otherwise look...

"Breakfast was great, sauna was great, hot tub was cool and always going into a cleaning cycle. The front desk should have told us about the zoo discount at check in. All in all was a great stay but not quite the value for the high price. "
