We had a wonderful five-day stay at this property. Excellent lakefront location close to town center, train station, Lido, and more. Large, clean rooms, underground parking/bike storage, on-site laundry, pool, delicious breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Andrea at the front desk is delightful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to downtown Locarno. Staff very helpful! Breakfast excellent! Parking was tough! Very tight access and spaces. Laundry turned out to be one washer and one dryer in the basement. We had chosen the hotel specifically to be able to catch up on laundry. We thought there was a washer/dryer in each unit. It worked out ok, but we were lucky, as this turns out to be a tour hotel with many large groups. We will stay again, just understand the constraints better.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick. Ein und Ausfahrt ins Parkhaus etwas eng.

Tolle und ruhige Lage mit schönem Pool

Schönes Hotel an ruhiger und zentrumsnaher Lage. Sehr schöner Pool. Leider waren keine Parkplätze vorhanden und der Empfang konnte auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Als Tipp: Mit einer Bestätigung des Hotelaufenthaltes kann man im Parkhaus "Centro" vergünstigt parkieren (Ticket am Europcar-Schalter bei der Einfahrt im U1 tauschen). Leider wusste das Hotel nichts von dieser Möglichkeit.

Deze accomodatie wordt aangegeven als 4 sterren, maar ik weet niet waar ze dit vandaan halen. Het is heel netjes en schoon, dat is zeker een plus, Maar geen airco op de kamers en de afzuiging in de badkamer is er ook niet waardoor het heel warm en benauwd blijft. De paar stoelen rond het zwembad zijn zeer zeker niet genoeg voor de hotelgasten, waardoor mensen lekker om 8 uur de handdoeken op de stoelen leggen en dan iets leuks gaan doen. Voor hetgeen je krijgt, zo ook bij het ontbijt enzo vind ik het hotel veel te duur.

Kurztripp an das Moon & Stars Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Sauber und eine kleine Kochnische. Unten war noch ein Pool ,war auch sehr schön und sauber. Das Buffet am Morgen ist gut und man bekommt genug zu Essen.
