The staff friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and bar. Also the food top notch from aperitif to dinner and breakfast best we have had in Europe so far!!! "

"The check in was in the middle of the restaurant area and very hard to find. I stayed 4 nights and it was on the 3rd day I could walk into the right door and find the lift without too much trouble. There is no signage for the front door, no direction to the reception desk, and no tourist information. I would not recommend this as my choice to stay in Locarno."
