"We were given a room on the main floor, which we have never gotten before. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, Ms. Tiffany. I had made reservations for 2 other family members, and wanted to make sure that the stay was charged to me. Ms. Tiffany helped make that happen by taking my information, and making sure there was no hassle to the family members. The continental breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The whole staff were courteous and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. The only comment I will make is that there should be a rubber mat in the bathroom tub to insure us senior citizens don't have a slip and fall. The tub was very slippery."
