"Our room was very clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great-coffee, juices, cereals, yogurts, toast, bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage. Shuttle service to Midway is great when the driver remembers to stop at Sleep Inn. It’s the last shuttle stop and sometimes gets forgotten."

"When checking in and out, I felt the staff could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming. When I got to my room, I noticed a condom wrapper in the trash can, which honestly grossed me out and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. I also noticed a few stains on the sheets. They appeared to have been washed, but the stains were still visible. The next day, I left for a few hours and came back around 2:30 PM, and my room still hadn’t been serviced. I ended up calling to ask for fresh towels. Overall, I wouldn’t say I was completely satisfied with my stay, but it wasn’t terrible either. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to cleanliness, housekeeping, and making guests feel more welcomed."
