Very nice , clean hotel . Beautiful , surroundings and relaxing view. After long trip from toronto , this was what we needed . May take 45 minutes drive to chicago if you wanted to go downtown otherwise it’s excellent hotel to relax and swim and golf if that’s your plan. Thank you everyone Short and sweet trip but we will come back again.

This is a great hotel- very conveniently located to Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Downers Grove and various highways. The lobby and lobby bar area are very attractive overlooking the golf course and pool. Our room was extremely comfortable with great beds, nice linens, true black our shades and a mini frig. Bathroom very nice although we needed either towel hooks or racks. The pool both indoor and outdoor were large and well maintained. Fitness room also well equipped. Highly recommend.

the rooms were clean however the wall paper was coming off on the bottom near the shower and door . The outdoor pool had green moss on its bottom . the staff was friendly and helpful. The had 2 weddings and convention and there was No door man to help with luggage . It was hard to find the carts to bring luggage to your rooms.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. View from the eighth floor was lovely. Indoor and outdoor pool were usually empty, which was nice. Restaurant was basically a lounge and filled with drinking conventioneers – not good for families. 3 dollar water bottles on display in the room – how low-class for an expensive hotel to nickel and dime you for a bottle of water. Luggage carts were unavailable when we moved in. Refrigerator was very small. Check in and check out we're OK – hoping the $75 "extras" fee will drop off as staff promised.

They have no housekeeping services! We stayed Saturday night and left all day Sunday. When we came back our room had not been serviced. No fresh towels or anything! When we checked out Monday we were told that whomever checked us in should have explained this and you only get what you ask for. This was not the case. Our room itself was a corner suite. It was very comfortable and quiet, even though there were two weddings and an awards banquet there that weekend.

Everything was great. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Definitely would stay there again. The only hiccup was a young girl at the desk early morning our day of checkout. We had some questions and this girl looked and talked like she didnt want to be there. Maybe her name was Tiara or Kiara. Lousy attitude. We walked away from the desk kind if dumbfounded. Everybody else we dealt with at the desk was super helpful. But not her. It wouldnt deter me from returning there but I would avoid her if I ever saw her working there again.

Room was incredibly clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Front desk and through the chat app. Breakfast ended up being voided via vouchers, free of charge! And food was very good. We will absolutely stay here again! Literally have nothing but good things to say about this resort/hotel!
