"The hotel is nice. We expected more. We had a Keurig in our room with powdered creamer had to pay for water, but the big thing was we had ants and when we got up on, we came Friday when we got up on Saturday we stopped in and said to them we have an ant problem they’re coming from the bathroom into the room and into our bed. So they said don’t worry we’ll send them made up and we’ll have them take care of it and we’ll remake it will get you clean sheets so we were out for a while and when we came back, the whole room stunk bug spray. It was so bad we had to open the slider to get Aaron and we thought OK great you know that there’s none on the bed. There was none in that one corner no more in the bathtub however, when I was sitting in one of the chairs, they were still ants. They were on the table. They were on my arm on my leg since we were leaving we didn’t bother to say anything. But we paid $530 a night for this room and I feel like we should get some kind of refund to have that room wasn’t worth $500, yes everyone was kind. Yes, it was clean except for the ants but no not at $500 a night so hopefully you can let me know if I’m gonna get any help."
