We could not use the fan in the bedroom because it had not been oiled in a while, so it squeaked really loud every time it turned. I also did not want to walk, barefoot on the carpet. It felt really dirty. There is definitely some wear & tear but that is to be expected with anything that is on the ocean side, but some things definitely be upgraded or maintained better.

The fire pits were such a nice thing to do at night.. we went to the restaurant but waited a long time for our food, although the restaurant wasn’t that busy.. the meat was good but the mash & asparagus were not.

We had reservations for Sands by the Sea. The rooms we were given had dirty old rugs smiled and had spider webs. We were then moved to the Caviler next door who are affiliated with Sands. They were very accommodating the Caviler was clean great views a nice restaurant next door. Would recommend. Sands needs to be refurnished. It is a great location
