"Just a weekend getaway . Hotel and staff is nice , but I do you research. I had a room with an ocean view which I received . Now the ocean is across the street and down the hill. All and all the room and bed was comfortable and I could hear the ocean at night . The shower water pressure is very low and don’t get to soapy. If I needs to stay there again I would , but it wouldn’t be a first choice . Pros: close to Hearst Castle, Elephant Seal viewing, very quite, local restaurants, and the beach."

"Stayed here on my first trip to Cambria 30 years ago. I've also stayed at a couple of the Moonstone Beach hotels, but decided to try Creekside again because of happy memories from the past, and proximity to the many shops in town. Place was very well kept, and very clean. I was welcomed warmly by Samantha, who must work very hard to keep the entire facility clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests. There wasn't a time I didn't see her either working at the front desk, or (during the day)...

"Loved the views, sound of the ocean, location and convenience. It was very comfortable and nice furnishings. They need a new sliding door to the patio (very hard to open) and there were mice scratching in the front bedroom at night😳. The toilet was was not secure to the floor in the front bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice stay."
