"Everything opened up late like the gym and breakfast I like to work out early breakfast was not so great just oatmeal and a ham and cheese croissant and I didn’t realize they had no ac what’s so ever so it was pretty hot in our room other than that it was quiet "

"Staff were not helpful in our plate. In fact, they were dismissive and walked away. The female went and told another female to come help us. We had our door tried to be breached several times during the night there. I had called the desk and asked them if by chance one of them had tried to come in on accident. A gentleman said he didn’t know why someone was trying our door knob. When I told them the next morning when we were leaving on an early checkout, they refuse to refund our money for the following day that we were not going to be there."
