Enclosed private garden 800 m² being developed, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, shelter/bicycles. Private laundry room. Character gite adjoining the owners' home and located near a farm. Come and stay in southern Morbihan, at Locoal Mendon between land and sea. You will appreciate the diversity of landscapes, wild beaches, marshes, oyster sites, typical ports... For lovers of shore fishing, the Listrec arm of the sea is reputed. You will appreciate the walks and geographical sites combining sea and countryside (Carnac, Belle Ile en Mer...).
