"Swimming Pool was out of order and looked like it had been for a long time. Parking was good. I did not like that all access was only thru the main door. There was not a card reader on other exit doors making for a longer walk to bring items in and out to the car."

"Found this hotel to be very disappointing. Upon arriving, there was a bell along with a notice that they were away assisting another guest and would return shortly. As we waited, the front desk attendant walked out of the back room, having been there the entire time. I reserved a room with 2 beds. We found the room quite stuffy and had an obnoxious odor that didn't improve with turning on the air. I headed down to see if they had anything to combat the odor. Stepping into the elevator, there was something on the floor, both there and on the first floor when stepping out. This unidentified spill would remain on the floor by the next morning, albeit stickier. Again the notice was still there, although I rang the bell and the front desk clerk was in the back, just like the last time. I was handed a container of Fabreeze (made a slight improvement). When my spouse went to retire we discovered the fitted sheet on his bed was ripped. I called down to inform them at the desk, as I didn't want to be blamed. My bed was not comfortable. The only nice thing I can say about it was the sheets were extremely soft. Heading down to breakfast in the a.m. my husband commented on the smell of urine in the elevator. Breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was so watered down, it was more like colored water with no true coffee flavor, and the orange and cranberry juices are just as diluted, with little flavor. Notice on the desk still there. We definitely won't be back."

"Hotel is in need of quality updates. Much of the "repairs" looked like a budget handyman did them, not a hotel. There were stains on the carpet, bed sheets, and shower. The elevator took FOREVER. The worst though, was our final night our whole floor smelled strong like weed & was very smoky. We have several in our party with health conditions (my mother just had heart surgery and my daughter is asthmatic), so we notified the staff of the smoke. They said they couldn't do anything about it, that it was just part of the "weekend fun" in Conyers. They suggested we could call the police if we wanted but they assured us they wouldn't show up either. Very disappointing!"
