Reception was closed as instructed but there many way to feel you welcome. Switch on some lights out side and make sure the instructions are clear. Nice view and nice breakfast are all I can say were positive. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Hausherrin ist extrem nett, jedoch war die heißeste Nacht des Jahres unerträglich ohne Klimaanlage.

Vi boede en nat på hotellet og havde også checket ud, hvis vi ikke alligevel skulle rejse. Der var mug på badeværelset, håndvasken var helt stoppet til og toiletbrættet sad løst. Rengøringen var generelt meget sjusket. Hovedpuden var meget god, hvilket også var rigtig heldigt, da sengene knirkede bare man trak vejret, så man lå da i det mindste godt med hovedet, når man nu alligevel skulle ligge vågen hele natten. Vi kommer ikke igen og opfordrer til at de måske sender håndværkere på værelset, inden man udlejer det igen.

Beim Einchecken gab es ein Problem. Das Bad war durch eine Schiebetür vom Zimmer getrennt, sie ließ sich aber nicht schließen, d.h. beim Benutzen der Toilette hätte einer von uns beiden das Zimmer verlassen müssen, was in der Nacht schwierig geworden wäre. Man hätte sonst sozusagen "öffentlich" auf die Toilette gehen müssen. Das Problem war seit morgesn bekannt, man habe am Samstag niemenden mehr für die Reparatur gefunden. Gesagt hat man uns aber beim Einchecken nichts davon! Es war dann nur noch ein Zimmer mit einem Queensbett frei, wir benötigen aber 2 Matratzen. Man gab sich dann aber doch viel Mühe, wir haben dann für die 1. Nacht noch zusätzlich ein Einzelzimmer bekommen. Am nächsten Tag dann haben wir ein sehr schönes Doppelzimmer bekommen mit funktionierender Tür zum Bad und Doppelbett mit 2 Matratzen, sowie wunderschöner Aussicht. Also, versöhnlicher Abschluß. Die Küche ist ambitioniert, mein Gericht (paniertes Kotelett vom Schwäbisch-Hällischen Schwein mit mediterranem Gemüse war hervorragend, das Gericht meines Mannes (Cannelloni in Sahnesauce) musste erst mal zurück in die Küche, da es kalt serviert wurde.

Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang. Ruhige Lage oberhalb von Lörrach im Wohngebiet. Tolle Preis/ Leistung. Hatten das Glück ein Upgrade in die sehr geräumige Juniorsuite zu erhalten 😄👍, Danke 🌷. Toller Ausblick auf Lörrach und die umliegenden Berge. Zum Fruehstueck wurden ganz individuell frische Eierspeisen angeboten. Das extra zubereitete Rührei hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch hier sehr herzliches Personal. Insgesamt geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder. Vielzahl von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ob VITRA Designmuseum in Weil am Rhein, Basel, Galerie Fondation Beyeler in Basel Riehen, Lörrach oder den angrenzenden Südschwarzwald. Despite the lockdown and rigorous conditions, our one night stay was perfect. The property applies sanitary conditions and let’s you feel safe. The excellent restaurant delivers its dishes in the room. We had a double room with panoramic view. Coffee machine Nespresso available for free in the corridor. We’ll come back!

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick

Das Hotel war sauber, ruhig, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer mit Balkon bot einen tollen Ausblick auf Lörrach, das Wiesental und den Schwarzwald. Das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant und der hauseigene Wein war vorzüglich. Zu beachten ist: Es gibt keinen Aufzug und die Rezeption war nicht durchgehend besetzt, per Telefon kann aber jemand für den Check-in geordert werden. Dies hat problemlos geklappt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
