"The rooms are huge, very nice and the bed was comfortable. The property has the ability to be a diamond but it needs to be polished. The check in area should be grand for such a property, it feels and looks temporary, out of place up a step when you walk into the lobby. It is full of clutter, cheap looking iPad screens that look like a cheap self check in station or what it turns out to be is where you acknowledge the rules of the property. The check in process is clunky and the staff is mediocre and dull without an explanation of the property amenities. "

"It's a beautiful place, but we will probably not return. Our main issue was with the air system. It is noisy, and the only option to make it quiet is to turn it off. Even with the thermostat turned to 75°, we had to sleep in the robes to be warm enough, although the blanket in the armoire drawer was discovered in the morning."

"It had a breakfast with a few items you could actually eat! Most “free” hotel breakfasts are inedible. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt granola were nice items!"

"PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on it was so bright. All in all it was a good spot to stay for one night, but for $300 will look elsewhere next time"

"We absolutely loved the proximity to the walking path behind the house. This, along with there being a school right there means it's quiet at night and you can hear birds instead of traffic in the morning. Also loved it being with walking distance of several cool eateries.We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jason was wonderfully communicating and helpful and understanding when an app snafu caused him to get messages intended for another host. So happy we stayed here! "

"Parking was easy and the restaurant/bar being right there was very nice. Excellent coffee shop within easy walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful."
