"This is a historic hotel but things are a bit in transition. My room was clean, very spacious but with a mixture of some parts partially renovated and others quite dated. Given the older windows, the street noise creeps in easily. Nothing about my room really looked as depicted online. Valet service was good. Restaurant is ok. Not a bad choice but the hotel seems a bit aspirational."

"Here are my negatives. No covered parking options (they do have a gated lot that you have to pay for), we got no sleep because of the wind blowing through AC units “whistling” all night on an adjacent roof right outside my window (this was very loud and never stopped), weird shower door that is open on half with no ability to close so water got everywhere, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling but there was no way to actually use it as none of the wall switches turned it on, in return bathroom was steamy when trying to get ready, corners of floors were not clean with hair pilled up, cleaning supplies were left in my room, ants on the breakfast counters in the lobby during breakfast, oh and no ice bucket which is standard in every hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Positives: kitchenette with everything, comfy bed, free breakfast, and front desk staff were great."

"Just stayed one night to celebrate my daughter’s bachelorette party downtown. And we had a room on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city. We had no complaints. Free breakfast and parking was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again in the future "

"It's a beautiful place, but we will probably not return. Our main issue was with the air system. It is noisy, and the only option to make it quiet is to turn it off. Even with the thermostat turned to 75°, we had to sleep in the robes to be warm enough, although the blanket in the armoire drawer was discovered in the morning."

"Location is excellent to get to many of Tulsa's attractions, downtown and pickleball/tennis entusiasts. Home is well-appointed, and the kitchen is great. Perfect for families, couples, and travelers wanting more space."

"PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on it was so bright. All in all it was a good spot to stay for one night, but for $300 will look elsewhere next time"
