We were warmly greeted at the beginning of our stay and every interaction we had with the Miklic family and their staff enhanced our time in Kranska Gora. "The hotel is in a great location near the lake. The room was fine and had a balcony. The breakfast was good, as was dinner but you are advised to get there at 19.00 when it opens. The staff were mostly fine, it would have been nice to know about the extra costs for the sauna before getting to the wellness centre, the swimming pool was great though."

We enjoyed our stay just be aware that in the spring they do not have air-conditioning available only in the summertime however it was not necessary as the temperatures were quite cool at night with the windows open.
