Turkey Run was pretty nice. It had everything we needed and was close to all the activities, hiking and small towns nearby. The cabin was comfortable and cozy. The teenagers liked the loft area. Maybe could use a little maintenance but overall good.

Hocking Hills March Visit

The cabin is comfortable and nice for a small group. It has a nice fire pit outside and the hot tub was a plus with the cooler temperatures.

A Perfect Weekend

From the moment we pulled up, we were impressed with the upkeep of the property and the beauty surrounding us. It was a perfect weekend getaway, the cabin was spotless, updated appliances, and the hot tub was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be back, we all highly recommend this property.

Very Relaxing

The place was very cozy. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The guys enjoyed playing the video game console. The hot tub was very enjoyable. Sitting on the front porch swing, having our morning coffee, was very peaceful.

Relaxing cabin

We had a fantastic time. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a great bonus. Morning and evening soakings. Would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

Plenty of beds & bathrooms for privacy with our adult daughters. One is slow to finish getting ready & the pool table & video table were a great distraction while waiting.

Hocking Hills Springbreak 2024

Cabin was great. Clean and close to Hocking Hill park. Weather was better than expected. Got 3 good days at park and 2 campfires so we had Smores! We will definitely be back!

Hocking Hills for Thanksgiving

Kitchen was well stocked with plates and pans, but needs more silverware. Love the layout of downstairs. Special treat that the cabin was decorated for Christmas when we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub. House has slight mold smell is only complaint

nice please to relax

The house was a nice get away, however it could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom shower. other than that, it was good. it was not to far from where you would want to go. It was a great location for everything.

Comfortable but needs attention

The house itself was comfortable, however it was very dirty upon our arrival. We had to clean before moving in. There was food in the nightstands, clumps of dog hair, pine needles and crumbs on the floors. Counter tops were dirty. Hot tub was gross, half full and not working properly. The stove burners didn’t work correctly. We had issues with the water during our stay and could hardly flush toilets or take showers. Games in basement didn’t work and pool sticks were broken. However, once the house was clean we enjoyed our stay!

Double check things work before booking

Upon arrival, our cabin seemed to be ok. The more time we spent there the less ok it became. The reason we chose this specific location was it had all of the amenities we were looking for, to enjoy our weekend getaway. A few thing specifically were the outdoor hot tub, the indoor fireplace and bedroom TV. To our disappointment the fireplace in the living room did not work and when we emailed to let them know, we were told that they were aware and needed a part. (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT). Also to our disappointment the hot tub, never reached the temperature and needed water added to it each day due to a leak from the back that was not made known to us. (FALSE ADVERSEMENT). In addition the bedroom tv remotes didn’t work even after changing batteries, in which should have been checked prior to check in. Last and not least checkout being 11:00 am on Sunday our trip had to be cut short due to a power outage that happened at 8:00 am. We had to pack up and leave without being able to enjoy the rest of our morning. We had planned a nice breakfast that required cooking and needless to say couldn’t be done. As well as one couple driving to Virginia from there and not being able to shower. When we contacted the owner we were first told we would get half of our cleaning fee credited? Upon continuous findings and disappointment we said he would refund the CLEANING fee in full. FAR from fair due to not being able to use the two main things we wanted.

Nice cabin

The cabin was clean and tidy. All electronics worked as needed. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and couldn’t get the arcade game to work with frogged but other than that everything was great.

Great get-away!!

Grest stay! The property is getting close to needing some renovations! IE: the hot tub is very aged and outside deck needs some love but overall it was grest and would totally stay again!! Would also be nice if washer and dryer were onsite.

Nice cabin

The cabin was nice. The one thing I would change is more seating for the porch and at the fire pit area, Sitting on the wood benches for very long was hard to do. Very uncomfortable. The hot tub needs some attention. But nice cabin and very cozy
