"The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. "We LOVED our stay here! My husband and I needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Paris and this property was perfect. We had an incredible view of the Effiel Tower which added to the romantic atmosphere. The mini bar was included, room service was yummy, and all the staff was fantastic.
