"Pros: Heerlijk rustig en alles prive. Uitstekend zwembad, goede bedden! Luxe accommodatie dus van alles voorzien. Cons: Tja, dat is even zoeken... Zo hier en daar lege batterijen in afstandsbediening (airco). En de deur van het washok sluit niet goed."

"It’s a beautiful villa, well looked after and in a great location - walking distance (hilly) to the village. The pool was perfect and the views are stunning. The process of checking in was efficient and they were helpful enough to get some pool floats out for our kids. "

"The villa was in a stunning location, the villa & its furnishings were to a high standard. The only negative we had (which is no fault of the owners), is that be prepared for insect bites. That was our fault as perhaps a stay later on in the year wouldn’t be so bad so soon after spring. This didn’t by any means ruin our holiday & wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa if we were going back. James & Sandra who manage the villa couldn’t have been more helpful, thanks guys for looking after us."

"La Casa 1950 offered us just the relaxed summer holiday we were looking for. The beautiful house, stunning views, outside space and pool were everything we needed to chill out in the sunshine. I visited with my husband and 14 year old son. The friendly caretaker was always around if we had any issues and owner checked in regularly to ensure all okay. "

"Pros: Samuel es un anfitrión excelente, nos ayudó en todo. La casa en verano es fresquita, aunque no tenga aire acondicionado no se echa en falta, los techos de madera aguardan perfectamente el fresco y no entra el calor. La piscina muy limpia, al igual que todas las instalaciones. Volvería a repetir sin duda."

"Our family, ages ranging from 6-69, found this house in Competa to be just perfect. There were so many nice spots on the property to eat and sit…when it was cold we had a fire, when warm we sat outside in a variety of places. Our son is a chef so we had memorable meals from the kitchen, both indoor and out. Rafa was extremely attentive, though we had no problems. The view, the village, the hiking was good for kids and adults alike. Highly recommended."
