"The hotel is really not like the photos they put on the page, when we entered the room the sheets and pillows had a strange smell, and I went down to the reception and told a girl and she was going to give me two sheets so that I could change the sheets and I told her no, that's why I was paying for them to do the service, very bad experience for me and my family"
"Just your average hotel, unfortunately. During our stay, our room had no hot water in the shower, and the refrigerator was not working. These issues made our stay less comfortable and were disappointing. The hotel member was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience."
