"Our family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Artemis Ranch. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel genuinely welcomed—warm, attentive, and truly invested in making our experience special.The property itself is breathtaking. The beautiful South African–inspired landscape creates the perfect setting to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature. The kids absolutely loved exploring the grounds and were blown away by the free-roaming African wildlife—rhinos, giraffes, and so many other incredible animals. Watching their excitement made the trip even more memorable.The facilities are incredible and thoughtfully stocked. They truly have everything you might need—even fishing gear for the stocked ponds. One of the highlights was the private safari tour. You’re taken out in a fully enclosed, climate-controlled side-by-side to explore the 3,000-acre preserve, and it was an experience our whole family will be talking about for years.Another major plus: the roads throughout the ranch are well maintained, so you do not need a 4x4 vehicle. We were able to comfortably drive the property, and the freedom to explore and hike at our own pace made the stay even more enjoyable.We also opted for the personal chef experience, which was a standout highlight of our trip.
