There was a gentleman who greeted us when we checked in and helped us with our luggage, but you don’t really see anyone even other guests during the time that you were there. "Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging. "

There weren't many dining options immediately nearby but many options after 10-15min walk away. "I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and a reasonable price for the area."
