Rooms were cramped with many stains on the carpets, and smelled old and musty despite being a newer hotel. Despite emailing the hotel many times to confirm the breakfast buffet would be able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and allergies, and receiving confirmation it would, when we arrived we found there were no options available for gluten free or lactose free at the breakfast buffet which we paid for in advance. Food and beverages were constantly running out during breakfast which became an ongoing joke amongst the guests, and the hotel was understaffed meaning people had to wait a long time for food. The outdoor garden was a nice feature, however on multiple occasions it was booked for private events so it was unavailable to guests. It felt like they were still figuring out the operations.

"We showed up and the AC was out in half the hotel, the fans they gave us didnāt work, and the windows wouldnāt open all the way. They did end up moving us to a smaller room that had AC and we were very thankful for that! The hotel has potential, but needs work and upkeep. Itās pretty far from everything, ..."
