"The property is in a great location; however the air conditioner in both bedrooms did not work, the electrical plug in the small bedroom did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, there is no safety lock on the inside of the door, there is no book of instructions on how to get anything to work, the check in person was late, and spoke very broken English, and said he would be back the next day to repair but never reappeared. There was a person available by text, to whom we reported the issues....

"We spent 4 days in London and this flat was central to so many key attractions. It is close to the Lambeth North tube station. The flat has all the amenities you need to spend a busy day sightseeing and relax comfortably at the end of the day."

"Property was poorly maintained. Oven, disposal didn’t work. Wi-fi never worked well. Unit was ground and basement unit that was noisy. Subway ran under unit all night and noisy. Walls were scared up and looked dirty looking told by manager didn’t have time to paint. Owners just seemed to not really care "

"Perfect location! Lots of restaurant choices in the neighborhood, great coffee shops nearby. The tube station is a minute away. It was a great area of London to stay."

"The place has great potential but sooooo many little things that we had to ask management about. Filthy mismatched furniture, no coffee pot, no basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil). Dirty mattress. Doors don’t close in 2nd bedroom, lights don’t work properly, no face towels or extra towels (4 were there). A/c was a portable unit in the bedroom, but the windows had to stay open for the vent. Positive - large master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Nice area "

"The location of the property is outstanding and the property manager was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. High marks there. The photos of the main living area and the main bedroom were accurate. Photos of the rest of the apartment, not so much. There is an area of mold about 30 inches by 5 inches (at the widest point) on an interior hallway wall. Paint was buckling and some plaster was on the floor. in the hallway and in the kitchen. Our son, who is a housing inspector, said...
