"Great location, apartment worked great for a group of 8. Management was great and place was very clean. Would stay there again for sure."

"The property is in a great location; however the air conditioner in both bedrooms did not work, the electrical plug in the small bedroom did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, there is no safety lock on the inside of the door, there is no book of instructions on how to get anything to work, the check in person was late, and spoke very broken English, and said he would be back the next day to repair but never reappeared. There was a person available by text, to whom we reported the issues....

"The size was great, and the location was close to a tube stop which was nice. The bathrooms were ok. The hallway shower is super small. The main shower had some problems for us not draining, but they were able to fix. The location worked, but we had to tube, cab or walk to most sites. We were away for most of the day and couldn't easily pop back into the flat. They did our pre-shopping, but did not get the full list. "

"We spent 4 days in London and this flat was central to so many key attractions. It is close to the Lambeth North tube station. The flat has all the amenities you need to spend a busy day sightseeing and relax comfortably at the end of the day."

"Property was poorly maintained. Oven, disposal didn’t work. Wi-fi never worked well. Unit was ground and basement unit that was noisy. Subway ran under unit all night and noisy. Walls were scared up and looked dirty looking told by manager didn’t have time to paint. Owners just seemed to not really care "

"Perfect location! Lots of restaurant choices in the neighborhood, great coffee shops nearby. The tube station is a minute away. It was a great area of London to stay."

"We had an amazing stay, the place was perfect size and the location was right where we wanted to be. Shopping, restaurants, and all city activities."

"The location of the property is outstanding and the property manager was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. High marks there. The photos of the main living area and the main bedroom were accurate. Photos of the rest of the apartment, not so much. There is an area of mold about 30 inches by 5 inches (at the widest point) on an interior hallway wall. Paint was buckling and some plaster was on the floor. in the hallway and in the kitchen. Our son, who is a housing inspector, said...

"Great property with a fantastic location. Walking distance to many attractions, Victoria Underground (providing access to all of London) and Victoria Coach station (providing access to locations such as Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Oxford, etc.). Highly professional and responsive property managers who resolved all issues very quickly. Early check-in was a nice perk. "

"The flat is beautiful and met all our needs. The location is excellent as short walk to tube. It’s centrally located so short trip to any tourist or business sites. Flat is clean & so thoughtfully decorated. Way better place to stay than hotel. So many wonderful restaurants and pubs right there in the neighborhood.We felt very safe walking around day & night. We will be back. "
