Kind and helpful staff. Warm lobby ambience. All day free coffee , tea and water makes one feel at home. Good breakfast. Some technical issues in room 214 need fixing.

ibis London Earls Court
Decent location - just a short walk to West Brompton station or a little further to Earl's Court. The room was comfortable, provided enough space, and all of the amenities were good. The bed was comfy and of a good size. The staff were friendly and check-in/ check-out was seamless.
