"Fantastic hotel, loved our stay here! Incredibly convenient location and nice cute neighborhood that didn’t feel touristy, with good food options, right across the street from the Underground station (Piccadilly, Circus and District lines), nice and helpful staff, and beautiful clean rooms. "

"Property was immaculate and staff were amazing to deal with! Only downside is that we didn’t have warm enough weather to enjoy the stunning garden area ! Really convenient with the tube being a 3 min walk away. Loved the bar and how different the cocktails were to normal we didn’t try the restaurant however the food looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again "

"We reserved two rooms for a family of 6 people. The sofa/bed had a poor quality. Even kids suffered the quality of the mattress. In one room, the tray holding the cups for tee and coffees never got cleaned after some cocoa pulver falled. One day we decided to do a pause after lunch and decided to go back to the hotel at 15:30. One room had not been cleaned and we got knocked on the door by the cleaning service at 17:00. We told them to leave the service for that day. In my opinion, 5pm is not the correct timming for cleaning rooms."

"All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated , the bedrooms are a little bijou, a few more amenities in the room are necessary, a place to sit and style your hair, the hairdryer supplied has just enough lead to see in the full length mirror, or you have to stamd outside of the bathroom. A box of tissues is needed, and a fridge with complimentary water. All throughout the hotel was very clean, but unfortunately there is a problem with drainage, when you first enter your bedroom, you can smell the drains, , friends of ours had to move rooms because it was very strong in theirs. The breakfast room was very pleasant, pleanty of choice for bread and pastries, the cooked selection was ok, but the fried eggs were always over cooked and looked likee they had been there a long time, food just about warm. The cold meats were not good quality either, packet ham, same as the cheese. The cereals were very awkward to get to, as there were jars of seeds in front of them, coffee machine on side and the tinned fruit selection to tje other, this area definitely needed some extra space. You are a short walk to the circle line, and around a 10-15 minute walk to.Picadilly line."

"The check-in is tediously long. The rooms are quite warm. The hotel is a little bit rundown, but it’s OK. If you’re expecting vending machines ice machine, machines, laundry anything like that this is not the hotel for you. They also do not have air-conditioning and only some of the rooms have dressers for your clothes. "
