"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the marina setting is peaceful and feels like a nice escape from the busy city. The staff were friendly, and the hotel had the upscale atmosphere we were expecting. That said, there were a few drawbacks. Check-in took much longer than it should have, especially after a day of traveling. The location is also a bit removed from many of London's main attractions, so expect to spend extra time commuting if sightseeing is your priority. While the hotel is undeniably nice, it does feel overpriced for what you receive. It's one of those luxury hotels where many extras come with an additional charge, which can make the overall stay feel less of a value than expected. Despite those minor frustrations, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodations and quiet location. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel away from the busiest parts of London and don't mind paying a premium, this is a solid choice."

"I had the pleasant surprise of a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. As a solo traveller, I don't find the rooms too small. And the location is great – tucked down a quiet street, steps from the Earl's Court tube station. The staff were, as always, kind and attentive. I always enjoy staying here!"

"The hotel is in a great area and convenient and comfortable. The laundry is very good quality Miele machines and the gym is good Breakfast is solid with good options The room layout is poor as our beds are immediately next to the door so it was noisy at night listening to people in the corridors, could be laid out better. The aircon was average at best and it struggled with the hot English days. I had a package delivered to me to reception and no one notified me. Despite it being delivered in my name and my room number staff just shoved it in a cupboard and forgot about it. Luckily I asked on the last night if anything had been delivered and they went out back and brought out the package, with a post it note with my name and room number on it!!"

"The location is top notch, really easy to te t around. Next to the Natural History and Victoria & Albert museums, short walk to Hyde Park, and well connected to public transportation especially to/from Heathrow (picadilly line). The hotel is dated, and during my stay London was in the middle of a heat wave with temperatures ranging from 80 to 100 throughout the day. On my first night, the AC in my room was not working and the staff said that the hotel was fully booked and they would move me to a different room the next day. I had a rough night, needless to say. However, the AC in the second room was working fine! Other guests had the same issue with their rooms and they were given portable fans since there were no rooms available."
