Centra wharf stay

It was really great and the people were really helpful, we had everything we needed. There was a later check out time which was nice and they let us check in early. There were also bicuits.

I stayed here for a concert in the O2. Only a 10 min uber to arena and felt safe walking in the area at night. Staff are very helpful if you need anything and rooms are secure.

Easy access to local tube station, terrace room basic but clean, good size with open plan kitchen, ideal for a one night stay (number 7) however very noisy at night

Nothing like the pictures. Okay if you just need a room for a gig at the O2. The cleaner lady was very helpful.

Great location, a little noisy!

Although the location was absolutely perfect for our trip (and easy to get to the O2), there was no communication of how to get into the property until I decided to call the number on the booking. We were on the ground floor at the back and the ceiling was very weird as had sky lights that had been covered over and if you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs as it’s next to a main road and London airport is very close by. But all in all, a good location & clean.

Great apartment

This apartment is excellent and locations is good If you come by train, jump off at Blackwall and you have a 5 min walk It’s 4 stations from the Excel fair, about 7 min. Nilgun who fixes everything around the apartments is the best She is super friendly and helpful I will for sure stay here again

Our stay was great because we literally only slept there. Arrived and the wonderful cleaner let us in. We dropped out overnight bags and left. Gone again next morning by 9am. The place was clean BUT WOW it needs updating.

Good little apartment, it has everything you need. You need to check in with a picture of your photo ID via WhatsApp at the centra wharf phone number, then you get a message with PIN code instructions. It’s not clear on hotels.com this is how you check in. If your not used to city noise, bring ear plugs, otherwise a great little stay

Very warm welcome to the property, very apologetic that the TV remote wasn't in the room due to it breaking in the last visit and ordering a replacement that day, nice place to get your head down and sleep and a very short ride to excel centre (5 minutes walk to the tube stop, 10 minutes via tube to excel)

The property is in a good location to get to the o2 arena. There was no checkin information shared so it meant it was stressful to arrive at the property. The flooring was chipped which lowered the standard and would have caused damage if stubbed feet on the flooring.

Worth it

Have to be clear - the apartment was excellent, but the check-in experience was chaotic. Hotels.Com don't make it clear you need photo ID to check in, via a WhatsApp message on the CW phone number, itself not easy to find on the booking sheet. However once that's sorted, the place I had was warm, comfortable, all the amenities with washing machine, oven, microwave, big tv etc - ideally suited for needs during my stay. Look forward to being there another time!

Loud and unhelpful

The cleaning lady was very nice!! However this property is click bate. The pictures you are shown of the cute little studio with a kitchenette and yard is not at all what you get. Of course when I booked I wasn’t paying much attention to the other pictures for the booking. I just assumed they were the same as the ones advertised. Over all the place was very clean. However it was by far the loudest room I have ever stayed in. There is zero installation and you can hear every step of the person staying above you. Which again I had no idea that someone would even be above me. Also make sure you book with the card you intend to use for the charge. Again I had no idea this wasn’t a “hotel” situation where you can change your card upon arrival. The host was of absolutely no help when I asked to use a different card. All they said was they already charged the one on file and wouldn’t even let me try and pay another way. Called a representative for Hotels.com which were also not of very much help. Spend the money to stay somewhere else. I should’ve looked better into the reviews so it is also my fault for booking in the first place. I wish I would’ve taken photos to add to this review but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough on the day we needed to check out.

The room perfect for what was needed , a quick place to sleep after work's Christmas party. I emailed through to let them know when I was coming and was greeted with a smile. Comfy bed in a very quiet room , was impressed with how clean the room felt. The price reflects the quality of finish you are going to get, I was only looking for a place to rest my head so this was perfect for my requirements at a sensible cost .

This is great for short-stays only. I had a concert at the O2, so I only stayed for one night. It’s small, the walls are quite thin, and it doesn’t feel too safe.
