The space This house is inviting and relaxing. It is a home away from home experience. Every room is carefully considered for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. Every guest will be made to feel special with each bedroom equally providing quality comfort and space.
**Relax in our comfy single bed / super king size bed or Twin bed depending on the bed layout you choose in all the bedrooms apart from the attic (3 single bed layout only due to restraints) complete with bedside table. lamps. clothes rail/hangers & shoe rack. full size length mirror.
**The first toilet in the attic is an ensuite with a toilet, sink. The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet, sink and toiletries with hairdryer. The ground floor bathroom has a full bathtub, as well as a shower, toilet, sink and toiletries.
**The living area is equipped with a flat screen smart TV and ample seating where you can relax and feel at home. It comes fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your own meal. It has an open plan living space with skylights which bring in lots of natural light. It has a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and a washing machine which you don't get in a hotel.
**Everything you need from 24 hour supermarkets, petrol stations, takeaway's and restaurants, post office, within easy reach which makes the property convenient for contractors or family stay. set in a quiet Cul de Sac close to amenities. With 2 minutes walk to Green Lane in Dagenham.
Guest access The named Guests will have access to the entire house. We have a private driveway for parking and ring door bell for security purposes.
Other things to note Please note beds will be allocated according to the number of guest booked.
As this is a property for the larger group some rooms may not be available for the smaller group and it will be locked with no access, However you would have the whole property to yourself.
The driveway accommodates 2 cars. There is also off street parking free after 5pm
Please note we have CCTV in front of the house.
