Thank you Doubletree for a WONDERFUL and WELCOMING visit for our first time in London! The rooms were exceptional, clean and quiet, the front desk service was very friendly (thank you Melissa!) and the location was superb! Within a mile of Hyde Park and also two Underground locations within a five minute walk in either direction. Many options for eating and shopping very close by. We highly recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed!

I really enjoyed this property. It was my first time in London. The staff was very helpful, they served my room daily, gave me a nice breakfast option daily. Ideal location with Hyde Park across the street and buses right outside the door. Our room was very small which was ok but woken up at 6:30 am to someone vacuuming. Toilet was running constantly and shower didnt drain so we had a small flood. Housekeeping knocking on our door at 8:15 am to clean room. No peace.

Great stay!

Great hotel, especially when travelling with children! They were super accommodating and the staff were so nice to my five-year-old daughter (she loved the fact that she got several cookies). The room was a good size and the pillows, duvets and beds were super comfortable. The location right by the park is excellent, especially since there’s a playground just a two minute walk from the hotel, and there’s also lots of bus stops and tube stations close by. It’s also super easy to get there if you fly to and from Heathrow, because it’s close to Paddington. Another plus is that there’s several restaurants and shops in the area as well. Overall, me and my daughter had a great experience and her first trip to London was a success!

Excellent location - tube stations a couple of minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Small supermarkets a few minutes walk. Leisurely walk through Kensington gardens to Knightsbridge. Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms quiet, clean and modern and a decent size. Bathroom clean and modern with a lovely hot shower with good water pressure! Crabtree toiletries - shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely stay in this hotel at this location again. The area has a lovely quiet, safe feel but lots around you to do and quick underground links to other areas of London.

Pretty standard Hilton hotel… good but not exceptional. Breakfast was very busy at 7am and items were being restocked slowly. Other than that the room was comfortable and clean… a few bits that could have done with a bit of TLC - the toilet roll holder was broken, the tv kept flickering and one of the drawers wouldn’t close properly.
