The kitchen was tiny and lacked a tea towel, paper towels, and much of the dishware was chipped. The fridge was in the living room which we know happens, but the room was laid out very poorly to enable access. An ice cube tray would have been nice during the heat wave also. The air conditioner that was provided was appreciated although very inefficient because the window was left wide open around it. The windows close under their own weight and there were no blocks or anything provided to prop them open. The floors are very slick with any humidity or socks on and the steps are awkward into the flat so we had multiple stumbles in and out. Overall the staff were friendly, and it was completely adequate for our needs as a family visiting London. The bedding and towels were all very clean and we mostly enjoyed it as a home base. We would just recommend awareness for others/hope the hosts might double check the things we suggested.

Management was very easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. We were even brought an AC unit to use in the heat wave. It was super convenient having a mini grocery store just outside the front door. Overall, this spot ticked all my boxes!

The check in process let this property down. We were asked to phone when 20 minutes away, we done this and someone was sent to meet us at the property - 40 mins later they still had not arrived (we were just left stood outside in the heat waiting). We called back and with a quick ID verification check were given the entry instructions to the property. In our view this could have been given to us on arrival saving both time and stress! Noone arrived to meet us but we didn't actually need them too! The apartment itself was good. It was hot but there was an aircon unit which helped. The fridge smelt a bit of mould but none was obviously visible, other than this the property was clean. Tea, coffee would have been appreciated but there is a shop literally under the apartment which had everything you could need. Wifi is good. The apartment is 1 minute away from Olympia and the Olympia overground train station. We walked from Shepherds bush underground this took about 15 mins. The bedrooms were a good size and the apartment gave us a nice place to sleep. We did not use any kitchen facilities or anything. The property does have a lift, which was great for a top floor stay! :-)

Apartment doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Place was clean and good space. Run down on outside and corridor. Pls be aware that apartment has one portable aircon and not central. I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. When I requested a portable fan for the bedroom as it was really hot, I was told they would bring one the next day as it was late when I arrived. But the fan never came even when I asked again. I also asked for more shower gel a night before but that too was never replenished the next night. I had to go down to the 24hr store to buy. Customer service is poor and slow

Dommage qu'il il manque des petites choses utiles dans l'appartement : Torchon et éponge pour la vaisselle. The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch. Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day. The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man. The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic. Property did not understand what a kitchen towel was and expects guests to clean up spills w toilet paper. Parts of the property are filthy. At check in I was asked a lot of inappropriate personal questions. The doors don’t have proper stoppers on them so banging 24/7 when anyone goes in or out. Windows don’t have guards on them which is probably illegal. Calls to complain are routed through Eastern Europe and the customer service people don’t know how to trouble shoot.

This accommodation was awful. Would not recommend. Mould on walls, insecure windows, damaged items, not clean, stains in furniture, hosts super unhelpful, broken wires, rubbish lying across front door, not very welcoming, not really a ‘hotel’ it felt like someones flat. Did not even stay, we left after 4 hours and booked elsewhere as we didn’t feel safe staying at this property. Unwilling to rectify any issues, and took 4 hours to supply a travel cot that we requested months in advance. Take this review how you want but I don’t even feel this is appropriate to be listed as accommodation

We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. Only down side was people in neighbouring apartments slamming their doors repeatedly up until 10pm which wasn’t ideal before an early start but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Would stay again!

Wife and I were visiting from the states for the London Book Fair, and this place was perfect for us. It was a two minute walk to the venue. It was clean and well equipped. Location is about a two minute walk away from the public train station (the Tube), and there are tons and tons of pubs and restaurants all within a twenty minute walk away or even ten minutes depending on what you’re wanting. The host was great about communication and took care of the minor issue we had of the tv not working the very next day.

We were arriving earlier than check-in and needed someplace for our bags. Our room was being cleaned when we arrived and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room and were given the key. When we returned for the night, the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Abysmal all round. As someone who has travelled a lot of the world while staying in hostels, this may be the worse place i have encountered. Completely misrepresented in the photos. The building is poorly secured, the code was read out to us over speakerphone in a busy street, no one met us at the property. We could hear people arguing on the fire escape out side of the sash window. The apartment itself was very dirty and smelt of years of fried foods. The bedding was visably soiled and tatty. The pull out sofa that the children were to sleep on had ingrained stains and the frame was broken. Staff (who we could only contact on the telephone) offer to send a cleaner, but if this would help, why was it not already done? On the balance of salvaging our 2 nights away in London, we decided it would not be safe or enjoyable to stay hear and had to hastily book a premier inn. The owners have declined my request for a refund. Hotels.com have been equally unhelpful, apparently if they try to contact the property, but they dont answer there will not be any accountability. Please take my advice and stay elsewhere

The room was clean and check-in, was easy. However, for me the water almost flooding the shower tray, was not what I needed after not being able to sleep due to the emergency lighting. I’m used to a dark room and the green lights that shines bright when the lights are off caused me to have a very disturbed sleep. Even when attempting to sleep under the covers, but I struggle with my face being covered and that this made it worse.

The place is infested with bed bugs. We travelled back home with our entire body itching. We had to see our doctor for treatment when we arrived. This was the most horrible experience we had during our travel. The stress we went through was insane as we had to take every precaution to make sure those bugs didn’t get to our home.
