Great location, clean, newly refurbished, needed new mattress. Breakfast not included as on website but great for reasonable price and staff lovely. Would use again.

The Leisure Inn was a perfectly fine place to stay. We wanted something affordable and close to the city - it’s in a great area right near Keningston Garden/Notting Hill. This not an extravagant place, but if you’re looking for a solid hotel at a good price that you can sleep at after a busy day or two in London, this is probably a good place for you.
Staff were very helpful in accommodating my need for a bright room with two beds for myself and my daughter. A few electrical issues were promptly fixed by the onsite maintenance who were fast and friendly too!
Overall better than expected. Basic but clean & conveniently located. One comment: bed could be more comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the area itself was nice, quiet and in a very good location. However the room was very dusty and it felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a good while.

Rooms too small for my liking but clean.
Staff service very accommodating.
We booked Leisure Inn last minute just for a one night stay and it definitely served its purpose. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to keep our bags in the storage locker before & after check out. The room and bathroom were clean with everything working perfectly. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but this was just people coming back from a night out. Would recommend for people just needing a place to sleep and nothing fancier.
It was a terrible terrible experience for me, my partner and I had to leave a day early due to how unsafe and unwelcome we felt by the people staying there. It was terrible, but the staff was amazing and they deserve a raise.

Area was ok, lots of dining options and close to tube. Bed was terrible, very lumpy and hard. Window area was filthy (I had to take pictures to prove to myself or anyone that asks) which doesn’t give me faith that the room has ever been cleaned properly. Saying all of that, the hotel can just about work for a cheap overnight stay in central London due to a business trip or concert; on the plus side it seems pretty secure.
This stay was not as expected.there is no outside area is depicted on the pictures. The front has broken steps and building materials thrown at the front.we had booked 1 double and 2 single beds, but got 2 very narrow doubles,so one of us had to sleep on the floor. The mattresses were floppy and soft.the floor had a dent in it.the room had no ventilation, but was equipped with one small table top ventilator.when we asked for an extra,it was refused.the concierge couldn't care less.one(one!) good thing is the bathroom, which is clean.Fresh towels (plenty) every day.A downstairs dining room had been converted into extra rooms.
The pictures you are seeing are almost nothing like what you will see when you get there: no flowers out front, no paint, art, or matching furniture in the lobby, the hallway has old, stained carpet, and various areas of the hotel have piles of torn up carpeting and discarded furniture laying about. Our bathroom was clean and as pictured, our door had new, clean carpeting, and the room was modest but mostly as pictured. The area the hotel is in is also lovely. HOWEVER… we had some weird occurrences at this hotel. We noticed entirely male staff and never heard or saw any other guests during our stay. Twice during our stay the male staff came to knock on our door (once at 3:00AM and there is no peep hole on the door to identify who was on the other side), and both experiences felt odd and uncomfortable. It was okay for the cost and the location, but as a single female traveler or a group of women, I wouldn’t select this as a place to stay again.

It was our last minute booking due to our flight cancellation. The hotel was at a very convenient location, close to the subway, many stores and restaurants. The room we got was in the basement, which was not mentioned during booking. There were no windows, but a tiny little sky-light on the ceiling, which would have been alright on a good day. However, that night, it was pouring rain, and the rain hit the sky-light making a lot of noise over-night. There was also NO trash/garbage bin in the room. There was also only 1 light switch controlling just one set of lights in the whole room. The elevator was so small it could only fit 2 people at a time.
We tried to check in early but was told to come back for 2 which was fair enough, we were able to leave our bags, when we finally got back 2 hours later to check in and was given our key to our room, it was still being cleaned with someone coming into the room unexpectedly who then continued to rush to do bits for 5/10 minutes while we just sat on the bed akward waiting for her to finish. The kettle wouldn’t work unless the plug was not in the socket properly, the tv didn’t work at all, the bathroom wasn’t very clean as I think they had rushed when we came in. Bedding was clean and bed was comfy enough. Room decor had seen better days, all a bit tired but fine for what we needed it for, which was to be near Hyde park, it was about a 15 minute walk to the concert. It was what we expected for the price we paid which was about £80

We didn’t look at the reviews beforehand as we booked the hotel with a pack, and when we read them we got a bit suspicious of how it would be, and we relate to stuff people have written but we didn’t experience anything “bad”
We agree that it’s a 2 star hotel. It’s in a good place with Hyde park close to it which is nice, but when we got inside we were a bit sus.
Breakfast “in the basement”, we didn’t eat breakfast there because that sounded very suspicious to us so we don’t know how it was there but according to the other reviews it was both ok and bad. Someone else said the rooms in the basement were the same as jail, and for that I’m glad we didn’t get a room there. Our room was clean and looked good, but it was very small and my mother had to drink her coffee and eat on the floor. The bathroom was also good looking even though there was no soap in the soap dispenser. There was no trash can in the bedroom so we had to get our own bag to store our trash in. The tv was not working and there was no cap for the battery in the controller. No aircon and it was realllly hot at night.
We didn’t talk much with the staff but we had no problems with them. There’s mixed opinions about them but I noticed I never saw the same staff twice, which means they probably switch a lot which means they all have different personalities I guess.
All in all Our experience was average, but as someone else said book at ur own risk (:
The property was very practical for my purposes. Standing out for me was its location.

Great location! Our room was fine and fairly modernised although looked “tired” in places and could’ve done with better cleaning and general maintenance.
