Used this property because it was the pick up spot for our Expat Explore tour. Food a little expensive but happy there is a pub right across the lot as well as a couple others within walking distance as well as a couple grocery stores I. Less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The train station is right next door. So convenient for getting to London proper.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Room was perfect. Lobby and bar area is really nice! Wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. Great for getting train into London. We stayed here as going to a concert in the o2 and it was super easy to get to using the train and underground.

We enjoyed all of the meals we ate here which included breakfast daily, one dinner, and afternoon tea. Bed was comfortable. Beds were remade several times but sheets were not changed on the days we asked for rooms to be serviced.

Very clean hotel with very comfortable bed and even the pillows were great. Next to Greenwich station so easy 30 minutes to central London. Parking expensive at £25 a night and breakfast an additional £16 so did feel a bit over priced. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again but get train there next time.

We had a lovely stay at The Novotel in Greenwich. Check in was excellent and our room was ready earlier than expected. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant.

London Marathon start great location

2 nights to put us near to Greenwich park for the marathon start, the hotel was comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep , the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was good for the marathon day and the following morning
