Location was right next door to Greenwich Station. Underground was a short walk & a bus stop right outside so ideally located for getting around via public transport plus a short walk from all the amenities Greenwich can offer. Hotel was quiet, comfortable albeit a little tired in some areas but this didn't impact overall on the hotel, the facilities or its friendly staff.

We loved having the day bed in our room, gave us a comfy place to sit & the extra sleeping location. The breakfast was very good and we ate 2 meals in the restaurant. The lobby had comfortable seating and the staff were very helpful. They even called a taxi for us and our 4 suitcases. The location made site seeing easy and it was very close to our to our cruise ship for when we had to board.

The reception to the hotel was exceptionally beautiful and clean. Staff ready for a quick check in. The room had a separate toilet which was useful, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfy and bedding clean. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathroom - lots of scale and some mould in the shower.

Stayed in executive room with family. was great location, bar and restaurant were lovely with really good breakfast, Only issue is the sofa bed for my daughter had a terrible mattress that was so thin and lumpy it was difficult to sleep on as felt like springs poking out

Check in was swift and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, only downside was that the hand soap was empty, there was a large stain on the carpet and the air conditioning didn’t seem to adjust and the room was very warm. Breakfast was very good and checkout easy.

We enjoyed our stay. It's located right next to the Greenwich Station which made it so easy to take the trains, the tube or buses. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms. Well maintained.

Hotel is situated at very good location. Right next to Greenwich station. You can take trains and DLR for easy access. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. The only drawback is the room cleaning. They don’t clean it well. They also don’t check if the shower gel is finishing and they have refill it. They have to improve on that but except that it’s value for money.

This stay was okay. If it wasn’t for the convenient train access I wasn’t too impressed. I expected more from a 5 star Novotel. They advertise early check in where available or with a fee; and upon arrival around 11:30am we were told it was simply not possible. Travelling with young kids I assumed check in would be as advertised and I was happy to pay a fee for the kids to rest… instead we went for lunch and had to nap in the lobby. Other than that, the hotel was okay on cleanliness, dated and the room needed a deep clean (stains on the carpet, calcium buildup in the bathroom, etc) The location is where it shines. Steps from the train, 10min walk into Greenwich and sightseeing, plenty of restaurants, grocery, and evening activities after a long day in London.
