We booked two family rooms which stated it had 3 double beds but when we got there one family room did not have 3 double beds. There was 2 double beds and one sofa set. When I spoke to the owner he said the sofa bed is a double bed. This was not stated on the website when I booked initially. However, for the second night the owner allowed us to use another room with a double bed free of charge. However, the private bathroom stank really bad and windows and duvet were dirty and disgusting. The mattress were broken. They did provide a clean microwave and fridge and kettle.
Hola a todos, no les miento si les comento que este fue lejos la peor estadia de mi viaje. Todo mal, sucio, descuidado. Llegamos y en la primera noche llovio bastante y empezo a caer agua en la cama de mi hijo, al rato estaba empapado, llame al dueño y jamas se digno respondernos. Al otro dia, al regresar a la noche encontramos agujeros en labolsa de basura y excremento de rata en la habitacion. Imaginense nuestro estado animico. No andaba la television, tampoco la lampara, las cortinas estaban deplorables. La calefaccion deprimente. El dia anterior a irnos debiamos preparar las valijas, se corto la luz en todo el establecimiento. No se veia nada, el resto de la cuadra perfecta, con luz, llamamos al dueño y nos dijo que en 40 minutos llegaba el encargado para solucionarlo, pasaron 3 horas y no teniamos noticias de este individuo. Sinceramente no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo. El precio me tento pero no hay derecho a ofrecer una pocilga apestosa y mugrienta. Tengo fotos de todo lo que acabo de relatar para quien no me crea.

Le fotografie mostrate nel l’annuncio sono probabilmente quelle di 30 anni fa, tutto é lasciato decadere e la nostra camera era invasa dalla muffa, lascio immaginare l’odore è l’umidità!

This accommodation was disgusting and should not be used by anyone. When we arrived there was no one there to greet us, we were given a code to a key safe. As we went in the smell of damp was palpable. There was no electricity, and the only way to contact the manager was through Whatsapp. After a wait of just over half an hour, someone was sent to sort out the electric. Unfortunately this meant we could see the disgusting state that the rooms were in even more. To say they were substandard is a gross understatement. The first room we were told to use had no bed linen and was more like a store room, the beds were all damp to the touch, and the stairs down to it were a death trap. After several messages we were told to use a different room, which was only slightly better. The bathrooms were black with mould and stank of damp, the shared bathroom had a hole in the window and the cistern was constantly running. I have bad asthma and was so affected by the damp I had to take my inhaler. Our children were so devastated by the state of the place, it spoilt our weekend away completely. We asked for someone to come and see us but no one even answered the message. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone even for a dog. Needless to say we did NOT stay here. If it wasn't for my partners family coming to the rescue this special family treat would have been ruined. We would like our money back as this was misrepresented and looked nothing at all like the pictures on the website.

Very cheap, but awful hygiene, poor facilities, and bad service. No one answered the door when we pressed the doorbells and knocked the door. We were arranged into a room full of sundries. It smelled and the shower was not working. We needed to climbed two floors to the shared bathroom but the lights flickered in the bathroom.

This is more like a very poorly ran air bnb. Use whatsapp to call the phone number as it shows him online and he will EVENTUALLY pick up. The other option is to pound on the front door. There is a guy who lives in the building who will let you in.
Once in the room, we had to buy our own towels, TV was broken, roof leaked during heavy rain, and the toilet was a bit janky. This room worked though for 3 friends wanting to meet up and use as a launching point for London. If that is what you're looking for this is a great property, just don't expect any of the comforts or conveniences you would get at a hotel.

Adjunto fotos de lo que era la habitación en realidad: un fuerte olor a humedad, una ventana tapada con almohadas, humedades en paredes y techo, parches de arreglos en el techo, los muebles medio rotos, el frigorífico no funcionaba, en el cuarto de baño la luz era insuficiente y parpadeaba todo el rato, la cisterna goteaba con un fuerte ruido dia y noche, la taza del wc no encajaba bien y era casi imposible sentarse...Además la puerta principal no cerraba, cualquiera podría entrar en el edificio. No solo las fotos son un literal engaño, sino que además el estado de la casa y la habitación eran terribles.

Cet établissement est affreux. Dans un état médiocre, propreté inexistante, fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas dans la chambre alors qu'il fait moins de 10 degré dehors, pas de chauffage et ne parlons meme pas du service.. Un numéro a contacter en cas d'urgence et quand il y a une urgence il faut plus de deux heures pour avoir une réponse. Meme sur expédia impossible de trouver un numéro d'urgence actif 24/24... Résultat nous somme rester deux heures sous la pluie a attendre. Plus que déçu, je suis excédée par ce qui c'est passer la bas et par le service plus que médiocre que nous avons eu. J'espere avoir une compensation car le médecin après c'est affreux épisodes n'a pas été gratuit ...
Ce n'est ni un hôtel ni une auberge de jeunesse. C'est une maison qui tombe en ruine sans chauffage avec des fenêtre qui ne ferment pas. Une seule sdb avec les toilettes dedans pour une quinzaine de personnes ce qui cause des problèmes en cas de besoin urgent. De plus l'eau chaude et très limitée. Personne ne répond au numéro indiqué, personne ne vous accueil. Il est scandaleux que hôtel.com ait cet établissement dans son répertoire !!! Je ne réserverais plus jamais via ce site internet.

L'avantage de cette établissement est principalement l'emplacement, Super bien desservi très proche des gares King cross et St pancras.
Odeur de moisissures humidité Après pour le prix et surtout le rapport qualité prix et l'emplacement ça vaut le coup. Je recommande cet établissement pour les petits budgets
Your website has false information about this place. It says there is lift and there isn't any at the property. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the stairs are very narrow and made it almost impossible for us to carry our luggage. The website says there is a private bathroom and there is only one bathroom to be shared with all the other guests in the property and it's on the first floor, so we had to come down 2 floors to use the toilet and it was busy most of the times. The host is very rude and unfriendly at all, it was very difficult to get hold of him. We have tried to contact the costumer service immediately to cancel the booking and look for somewhere else to go but the number is no longer in use, so we where trapped in this terrible place for 2 days. It was the most terrible experience I ever had.

Au premier abord l’hôtel fait peur. La chambre était propre et préparée à notre arrivée (draps propres serviettes de toilette)
Le problème était les menuiseries qui avaient un écart important comblé sommairement du coup on attendait le traffic et les personnes qui passaient dans la rue.
Un sèche cheveux aurait été appréciable également.
Bij aankomst erg onduidelijk waar je aanmelden bij receptie zelf aantal keren gebeld en slecht geholpen . accomodatie was erg smerig het stonk er er muf en zeer onverzorgd deze accomodatie zou naar mijn mening niet meer mogen aangeboden worden . Ben er geen nacht blijven slapen vond het ongezond om daar te over nachten .heb toen een ander hotel gezocht en daar verbleven de geplande dagen
Er is geen receptie en contact leggen gaat moeilijk. Als je eenmaal de sleutel hebt is het voor hun klaar en worden eventuele vragen niet meer beantwoord. Het appartement was vies en stonk. Het is niet onderhouden en er was maar één lamp. Erg teleurstellend dus na de foto’s te hebben gezien op de website. Deze zijn misleidend.

Pied à terre pratique,pour 1 nuit ou 2
Logés en chambre familiale avec 1 enfant pour 2 nuits, la literie est convenable. Il est précisé que le ménage n'est pas fait régulièrement, et c'est le cas (étiquette de bagage en soute sous le chevet). Les lits étaient faits et propres. Du coup, à faire les lits, passer un coup d'aspirateur ne prend pas plus de temps, surtout que celui-ci est rangé dans l'escalier. Problème d'éclairage, pas mal d'ampoules sont à changer, celle qui dans l'escalier pour le dernier étage et 2 sur 3 dans la salle de bain. La salle de bain est commune (les serviettes étaient fournies), les toilettes aussi. Mise à part la chasse d'eau qui fuit (un problème peut-être pour ceux qui ont la chambre sur le même palier voire à l'étage en dessous), l'évacuation de la baignoire un peu longue, et ne pas être regardant sur la vétusté du lieu, elle est assez spacieuse. Le confort est sommaire mais je l'ai choisi pour sa proximité avec la gare de King's Cross. Elle a fait l'affaire. A noter qu'il faut appeler minimum 24h avant (15h/21h)les propriétaires pour confirmer. J'ai appelé 48h avant, ils m'ont fourni le code d'accès dès le lendemain (attention personne ne viendra vous ouvrir). Si vous êtes habitués à un service impeccable, passez votre chemin.
